About Our Practice Schedule

We are now in our "Winter Session". This means that we hold practice every Monday and Thursday evenings. All practice sessions are held at the aquatic complex in Folsom from 8:15-10 pm. If you are interested in joining us, please do not hesitate to come by and see what we have to offer! At GCWP we strive to better ourselves, each other, and our program, always having fun in the process.

Please note that if you are new to the sport of water polo, while we welcome you to the game and our practices, we do not offer 'beginner tutorials' during our normal practice times.

Monday and Thursday Nights
8:15pm - 10pm

Weekends
Due to pool availability, we are currently not meeting on weekends for Saturday practice sessions.
